摘　　要：工程哲学为重大工程建设管理提供了一种系统化的思维框架,能够为揭示重大工程建设过程中的内在规律,总结经验、吸取教训提供理论依据。在当前复杂的工程建设环境中,工程哲学能够从根本上厘清工程建设管理中所面临的主要矛盾及其主要方面,通过深刻分析工程建设中各利益相关方的诉求,揭示其对立与统一的辩证关系。工程建设不仅是技术和资金的较量,还是各方利益博弈和风险管理的复杂过程,工程哲学强调价值与风险并存的客观现实,并倡导在这种双重性中寻求平衡与共赢。在此基础上,工程哲学为工程建设管理提供了一个更加全面的价值观框架,推动工程管理人员树立“工程为民、胸怀全局、担当作为”的核心共识,从而提升其综合素质与管理能力,促进其在项目管理中的全面发展。通过这一理念的落实,不仅能够提升工程建设的整体效率与质量,还能够有效促进社会经济的可持续发展。因此,工程哲学在现代重大工程建设管理中扮演着至关重要的角色,具有深远的理论意义和实践价值。The philosophy of engineering holds paramount importance in managing major projects,providing a framework to comprehend principles and assess success.It aids in elucidating primary conflicts and the dominant facets of these contradictions within large-scale project management.This philosophy underscores the significance of balancing competing interests among stakeholders—including government bodies,contractors,and local communities—to attain mutually beneficial results.It promotes solutions that harmonize diverse needs,thereby fostering collaboration in the management of intricate projects.Furthermore,engineering philosophy offers a structure for examining the dual realities of value and risk in large-scale endeavors.These projects promise infrastructure development,technological advancements,or economic growth,yet they also entail financial uncertainties,environmental impacts,and safety risks.Grasping this balance is crucial for informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.By emphasizing value creation and risk management,engineering philosophy directs project managers to make decisions that minimize adverse outcomes and maximize benefits for all stakeholders.A pivotal aspect is the cultivation of a systemic,value-driven perspective on engineering management.This entails aligning project goals with broader societal and organizational values,while integrating technical expertise with an awareness of societal and ethical implications.The philosophy advocates for a holistic approach to project management,blending technical knowledge with social responsibility,accountability,and ethical leadership.Principles such as engineering for the people,possessing a broad vision,and taking responsibility underpin engineering philosophy.They encourage the development of project managers who embody empathy,strategic thinking,and a dedication to public welfare.This ensures that major projects not only achieve technical and financial objectives but also contribute to society's long-term well-being.Ultimately,the p
