摘 要:目的研究人工智能(AI)辅助教学在老年糖尿病诊疗教学中的应用效果。方法选取在2024年5月进入福建省老年医院内分泌科实习的85名临床专业医学生为研究对象,随机分为试验组43名与对照组42名。以老年糖尿病为临床教学内容,试验组采用AI辅助教学结合传统教学进行临床带教学习,对照组按传统教学方式进行带教学习。教学结束后采用教学效果评价和学生问卷调查的方式对教学过程及教学效果进行比较和评价。结果教学效果评价考核中试验组学生的总成绩为(89.63±7.63)分高于对照组的(75.56±6.21)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中试验组的问诊和查体、病历书写以及笔试考核成绩分别是(36.47±3.57)分、(26.26±5.18)分、(25.57±3.88)分,均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。问卷调查显示试验组的自主学习能力、提高解决临床问题能力、提高学习兴趣以及教学方式满意率等8个方面均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在老年糖尿病临床教学中,AI辅助教学模式有助于激发学生学习的积极性和主动性,促进理论知识转化为临床实践,有利于临床思维能力的培养,是老年临床教学中值得推广的教学方法。Objective To study the application effect of artificial intelligence aided in clinical teaching of elderly diabetes.Methods Eighty-five clinical medical students who entered the Department of Endocrinology of Fujian Geriatric Hospital in May 2024 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.Taking elderly diabetes as clinical teaching ob-ject.The teaching method combining artificial intelligence aided technology and traditional was used in teaching the experimental group,while traditional teaching method was adopted in the control group.After the course,teaching effect evaluation and investiga-tion of teaching method were applied to evaluate the teaching effect in the two groups.Results The experimental group showed high-er total scores(89.63±7.63),consultation and physical examination scores(36.47±3.57),medical record(26.26±5.18),and examinations scores(25.57±3.88)compared to the control group(P<0.05).In the questionnaire survey,the experimental group exhibited higher self-directed learning ability,ability to solve clinical problems,learning interest,satisfaction rate with teaching meth-ods,and eight other aspects compared to the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching mode of artificial intelligence aided helps to stimulate students'enthusiasm and initiative in learning,promote the transforma-tion of theoretical knowledge into clinical practice,and facilitate the cultivation of clinical thinking ability.It is a teaching method worth promoting in clinical teaching of geriatrics.
