摘  要:谈心谈话是研究生辅导员开展思政工作的重要手段和方法,直接关系着学生思想政治教育成效,也体现了辅导员自身能力素质与工作技能水平。文章对当前研究生辅导员谈心谈话所面临的问题和挑战进行了研究,并基于马斯洛需求层次理论分析学生在谈心谈话中所表现的不同需求,提出提升高校研究生辅导员谈心谈话质效的相应路径。Heart-to-heart talk is an important means and method for graduate counselors to carry out ideological and political work,which is directly related to the effect of students’ideological and political education,and also reflects the ability and quality of counselors themselves and their work skills.Based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,this paper studies the problems and challenges faced by current graduate counselors in heart-to-heart talks,analyzes the different needs of current students in heart-to-heart talks,and puts forward the corresponding path for graduate counselors in universities to improve the quality and effectiveness of heart-to-heart talks.
