摘　　要：多发性骨髓瘤(multiple myeloma, MM)是一种浆细胞的恶性肿瘤,其周围神经病变是常见的并发症之一。西医治疗疗效有限,中医通过辩证施治和综合调理改善患者症状,提高生活质量。本文系统梳理了中医对骨髓瘤神经病变的理解、辩证分型;并对常用的中药内服方剂、中药熏洗、针灸等作一综述,为今后满足患者需求提供有益的临床指导。Multiple myeloma(MM)is a malignancy of plasma cells,and its peripheral neuropathy is one of the common complications.As Western medicine treatment shows limited efficacy,diagnosis and treatment of MM peripheral neuropathy with traditional Chinese medicine affords another option.Chinese medicine can relief patients'symptoms and improve their quality of life through syndrome differentiation and comprehensive conditioning.This paper systematically analyzed the understanding and dialectical classification of MM peripheral neuropathy(MMPN)in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).It also reviewed the commonly used Chinese medicine prescriptions,herbal fumigation and acupuncture to provide useful clinical guidance to treat disease.
