摘  要:为了服务国家教育强国人才强国战略,培养引领自动化领域未来科技创新和产业变革人才,提出了OODA循环理论为理念,人工智能技术赋能为手段,“OODA+AI”驱动教育发展的人才培养体系新路径。构建了OODA循环人才培养迁移模型,设计了人工智能技术融入教育教学OODA循环的方案,建设了“观察、判断、决策、执行”迭代循环的专业体系和课程体系,形成了智能多元的教学模式和方法,打造了高水平创新实验教学、高端实验教学仪器研发、智能技术应用、智慧教育赋能“两高两智”实验教学体系,为服务自动化领域未来创新型人才培养,打造助推新质生产力发展的智力引擎提供了有效支撑。In order to serve the national strategies for strengthening education and cultivating talents,and to train talents that can lead future technological innovation and industrial transformation in the field of automation,a new path for talent cultivation driven by the OODA loop theory and empowered by artificial intelligence technology has been proposed.The OODA loop talent cultivation migration model has been constructed,and a plan for integrating artificial intelligence technology into the OODA loop of education and teaching has been designed.A professional system and curriculum system that iterates through"observation,judgment,decision-making,execution"have been established,forming an intelligent and diverse teaching model and method.A"two high and two intelligent"experimental teaching system that focuses on high-level innovative experimental teaching,high-end experimental teaching equipment development,intelligent technology application,and smart education empower-ment has been created.This provides effective support for cultivating innovative talents in the field of automation and building an intellectual engine that promotes the development of new quality produc-tiveforces.
