摘 要:工科专业课教师课程思政参与行为处于中等稍高水平,其中情感性参与水平最高,认知性参与水平次之,行为性参与水平最低。以计划行为理论为基础构建模型发现:教师课程思政参与意愿在其行为态度、主观规范、感知行为控制及参与行为中发挥中介作用,且主观规范对教师课程思政参与意愿产生影响效应最大;情境支持与课程思政参与能力则通过调节作用在参与意愿与参与行为中发挥影响。对此,应努力培育课程思政“高沉浸型”教师,促使工科专业课教师课程思政参与行为做实做优;发挥思政有用性及可兼容性的引导功能,提升工科专业课教师课程思政参与意愿;淬炼教师课程思政参与能力,健全教师思政教学的情境支持,协同助力工科专业课教师课程思政参与行为的有效提升。The level of ideological and political participation among engineering course teachers is at a slightly higher level,with the highest level of emotional participation,followed by cognitive participa-tion,and the lowest level of behavioral participation.Constructing a model based on the theory of planned behavior,it was found that the willingness of engineering course teachers to participate in ide-ological and political education plays a mediating role in their behavior attitude,subjective norms,per-ceived behavior control,and participation behavior,and subjective norms have the greatest impact on the willingness of teachers to participate in ideological and political education in courses;Situational support and ideological and political participation ability play a regulatory role in the willingness and behavior to participate.In this regard,efforts should be made to cultivate highly immersive teachers of ideological and political education in courses,and to promote the participation of engineering course teachers in ideological and political education to be practical and optimal;give full play to the positive guidance function of the usefulness and compatibility of ideological and political education,and en-hance the willingness of engineering professional course teachers to participate in ideological and polit-ical education in their courses;refining the ability of teachers to participate in ideological and political education,improving the situational support for teacher ideological and political teaching,and collabo-rating to effectively enhance the ideological and political participation behavior of engineering course teachers.
