摘 要:优博论文是博士生科研能力的集中体现,是考察博士生教育质量的关键维度。利用模糊集定性比较分析法,通过问卷调查Z大学2022届博士毕业生科研训练环境和个人特质,发现影响优博论文获得的四条组态路径,从五个方面提出博士生教育质量提升建议:一是优化博士生入学考核形式,关注其自我效能感和内部动机;二是发挥导师示范引领作用,给予博士生科研正强化;三是强化博士生心理健康建设,降低博士生焦虑感和压力;四是根据不同学科特点,深化博士生研究方法的学习和训练;五是深化科教协同、产教融合和宣传转化机制建设,提升博士学位论文选题的实践性和示范性。Excellent doctoral dissertations reflect the high-level scientific research abilities of doctoral students.Using the qualitative comparative analysis method of fuzzy sets,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the research and training environment and personal characteristics of 2022 doctoral graduates from Z University,and four configuration paths were found to affect the acquisition of excellent doctoral papers.To further improve the quality of doctoral education,it is necessary to optimize the form of doctoral admission assessment,pay attention to their self-efficacy and internal motivation;give full play to the exemplary and leading role of mentors,and provide positive reinforcement for doctoral research;strengthen the construction of doctoral students'mental health,reduce their anxiety and stress;deepen the learning and training of doctoral research methods based on the characteristics of different disciplines;deepen the construction of mechanisms for collaboration between science and education,integration of industry and education,and promotion and transformation,and enhance the practicality and demonstration of selecting topics for doctoral dissertations.
