摘  要:文中以曳引绳的弹性形变为研究对象,通过研究曳引绳振动波形从而对其安全性能加以判断。为此,首先建立了曳引绳纵向振动的运动学模型;然后通过有限元分析验证了模型的可靠性;最后利用振动传感器获得曳引绳运动过程中的波形,利用BP神经网络加以学习,获得曳引绳的实际伸长量并以此评估其安全性。研究结果表明,该方法在曳引绳的安全性能评估方面基本满足工程实际需求。The elastic deformation of hoisting rope is taken as the research object,and its safety performance is judged by studying the vibration waveform of hoisting rope.Firstly,a kinematic model of longitudinal vibration of hoisting rope was established.Then,the reliability of the model was verified by finite element analysis.Finally,a vibration sensor was used to obtain the waveform of the hoisting rope in the movement process,and back propagation was performed,so as to obtain the actual elongation of the hoisting rope and evaluate its safety performance accordingly.The research results show that this method can basically meet the actual needs of engineering in the safety performance evaluation of hoisting rope.
