摘 要:目的探究S-亚硝基谷胱甘肽(GSNO)负载壳聚糖(CS)纳米粒子(GSNO-CS NP)对甜樱桃采后保鲜的效果。方法以甜樱桃为实验材料,通过CS、GSNO、GSNO-CSNP对甜樱桃进行处理,研究乙烯产量、脂氧合酶(LOX)活性、1-氨基环丙烷-1-羧酸(ACC)含量、1-氨基环丙烷-1-羧酸氧化酶(ACO)活性、1-氨基环丙烷-1-羧酸合成酶(ACS)活性、ACO与ACS基因表达水平的变化。结果与对照相比,CS、GSNO和GSNO-CSNP处理均能降低LOX活性,抑制ACC含量上升,贮藏0~20d,3种处理方法均可抑制ACO和ACS活性上升,同时降低ACO基因和ACC基因的相对表达量,其中GSNO-CSNP处理效果最佳。结论CS、GSNO和GSNO-CSNP处理甜樱桃均能降低果实贮藏期间乙烯的生物合成,维持果实品质。其中,GSNO-CS NP处理效果优于CS和GSNO各自单独处理的效果。The work aims to investigate the post-harvest preservation effects of nitric oxide-releasing chitosan nanoparticles(GSNO-CS NP)on sweet cherry.The test material,sweet cherry,was treated by chitosan(CS),S-nitrosoglutathione(GSNO)and GSNO-CS NP respectively to test the ethylene emission,lipoxygenase(LOX)activity,aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylic acid(ACC)content,aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylate oxidase(ACO)activity,ACC synthase(ACS)activity,ACO gene and ACS gene expression levels,so as to explore the quality changes in duration of storage.Compared with control treatment,the experimental results indicated that all above of three treatments could reduce the LOX activity and restrained the content of ACC.Moreover,during the initial 20 days of storage process,the ACO activity,ACS activity,ACO gene and ACS gene expression levels were all inhibited,moreover,the GSNO-CS NP treatment showed obviously better preservation effect.In conclusion,CS,GSNO and GSNO-CS NP treatments of sweet cherry could reduce ethylene biosynthesis and maintain fruit quality during storage.Among them,the treatment effect of GSNO-CS NP is better than that of CS and GSNO separately.
