谈古兵法给学校体育教育教学工作的有益启示——以《孙子兵法·始计篇》为中心

摘　　要：《孙子兵法·始计篇》中的“五事”“七计”,可以说既给了军事、政治、经济、文化等领域以巨大影响,也给了学校体育教育教学工作以颇多启示。如“道”“天地”“兵众”“将”“士卒”“法令”,依次与各级学校校长的办学理念和治校谋划以及体育教育教学工作的季节气候和授课场地、体育器材和运动装备、体育教师和运动教练、班级学生和训练对象、管理制度和保障制度等有着相通之处,并与之共同构成了学校体育教育教学工作成功不可或缺的要素。The“five things”and“seven stratagems”in Sun Tzu's Art of War:Shiji Chapter can be said to have a great influence on the military,politics,economy,culture and other fields,and also give a lot of inspirations to the physical education and teaching work in schools,such as“Tao”,“heaven and earth”,“army men”,“generals”,“soldiers”and“decrees”,and in turn,it has similarities with the school-running philosophy and management plan of school principals at all levels,as well as the seasonal climate and teaching venues,sports equipment and movement equipment,sports teachers and coaches,students and training objects,management system and security system,and they together constitute the indispensable elements of the success of school physical education and teaching.
