摘　　要：民办高校将专业教育与创新创业教育深度融合,是适应就业市场需求、提升自身竞争力、促进学生全面发展的重要渠道,也是助推国家创新驱动发展战略,加快培育创新型、复合型、应用型人才的重要手段。针对专创融合过程中课程体系不完善、师资力量不足、实践平台缺乏、评价机制不科学等问题,民办高校应构建完善的课程体系,加强师资队伍建设,搭建多元实践平台,建立科学评价机制,以提高学生就业竞争力,为社会输送具有创新精神和专业技能的高素质人才。Private universities deeply integrate professional education with innovation and entrepreneurship education,which is an important channel to adapt to the needs of the job market,enhance their competitiveness,and promote the comprehensive development of students.It is also an important means to promote the national innovation driven development strategy and accelerate the cultivation of innovative,compound,and applied talents.In response to the problems of incomplete curriculum system,insufficient teaching staff,and lack of practical platforms in the process of specialized innovation integration,private universities should build a sound curriculum system,strengthen the construction of teaching staff,establish diverse practical platforms,and establish a scientific evaluation mechanism to improve students'employment competitiveness and provide high-quality talents with innovative spirit and professional skills for society.
