摘  要:新课程改革背景下,基于核心素养的中小学道德与法治课教学改革,实质上是教育理念、教学模式与评价体系的革新。在中小学道德与法治课教学中,教育理念亟待更新、教学模式有待创新、评价体系有待完善等因素,影响了教学改革的深入推进。教师应落实人本理念,系统整合教学资源,重构课堂教学,创新课堂教学模式与评价体系,激发学生学习动力,提高课堂教学质效,培养学生的核心素养。Under the background of the new curriculum reform,the teaching reform of moral and legal courses in primary and secondary schools based on core competencies is essentially a reform of educational concepts,teaching models,and evaluation systems.In the teaching of ethics and rule of law courses in primary and secondary schools,factors such as the urgent need to update the educational concepts of some teachers,innovate teaching models,and improve evaluation systems have affected the deepening of teaching reform.Teachers should implement the humanistic concept,systematically integrate teaching resources,reconstruct classroom teaching structures,innovate classroom teaching models and evaluation systems,stimulate students'learning motivation,improve the quality and efficiency of classroom teaching,and cultivate students'core competencies.
