摘　　要：在新技术环境下,医疗健康大数据在临床实践和医学研究中越来越重要,其有效管理对数据价值的洞察具有积极意义。文章以医疗健康大数据资产为对象,从“数据源-数据中台-数据流通-数据应用”维度构建基于数据中台的医疗健康大数据资产管理架构,对以FAIR和区块链为基础的医疗健康大数据组织管理,以大数据资产评价指标为基础的医疗健康大数据资产价值管理,以隐私保护和发布/订阅理论为基础的医疗健康大数据流通管理,以个人健康、组织机构和领域知识发现为基础的医疗健康大数据资产应用管理进行系统设计。该体系融合医疗业务流程和“数据-信息-知识-情报”数据价值链,有利于释放数据价值,推动数据驱动医学诊疗和科研发展。Healthcare big data plays an increasingly important role in clinical practice and medical research,and its effective management has a positive impact on insights into the value of data.Taking healthcare big data as an example,this paper develops a healthcare big data asset management system based on the data middle platform,which has four components,namely data sources,data middle platform,data circulation and data application.It further explores the organizational management of healthcare big data based on FAIR and blockchain,the value management of healthcare big data asset based on big data asset evaluation indicators,the circulation management of healthcare big data based on privacy protection and publish/subscribe messaging theory,and the application management of healthcare big data based on personal health,organizational operations,and domain knowledge discovery.By integrating the medical business process with the data value chain of"data-information-knowledgeintelligence",the system is conducive to unleashing the data value and promoting the development of data-driven medical diagnosis and scientific research.
