摘　　要：本土资源作为特定地域内特殊的教育教学资源,在社会工作实务教育中具有不可替代的作用。社会工作实务教学发展创新是时代之需,但也面临多重挑战,基于对社会工作实务教学中本土资源的概念、类型和特征等内容梳理的基础上,提出通过开展调查研究,挖掘和整理本土资源;建立本土资源库,融入社会工作实务教学体系;“教”与“育”同步发展,凝练总结本土资源的开发利用模式;建立评估与反馈机制,检验本土资源的应用效果;建立本土资源共享推广机制,推动本土资源有效使用和转化;及时总结,推动实务教学与社会工作行业发展的互动等路径,实现本土资源的开发和利用,这些是充实社会工作实务教学的务实路径,能够为培养具有专业素养和实践能力的社会工作人才提供有力支持。Local resources,as special educational and pedagogical resources in a specific territory,have an ir⁃replaceable role in the education of social practices.The development of innovations in the teaching of social work practice is not only a necessity of the times,but it also faces multiple challenges.On the basis of sorting out the con⁃cept,type and characteristics of local resources in social work practice teaching,it is proposed to excavate and sort out local resources through investigation and research.The following mechanism should be established,such as local resource base which is integrated into social work practice teaching system to summarize the development and utili⁃zation mode of local resources;evaluation and feedback mechanism to check the application effect of local resourc⁃es;a mechanism for sharing and promoting local resources to promote effective use and transformation.Promoting the interaction between practical teaching and the development of social work industry can realize the development and utilization of local resources,which is a practical way to enrich social work practical teaching and provide strong support for the cultivation of social work talents with professional quality and practical ability.
