摘　　要：中锰钢属于第三代汽车用先进高强钢的范畴,其很好地平衡了汽车工业对强塑性和生产成本的要求,十多年来吸引了众多材料研究学者开展相关研究工作。本文介绍了汽车用先进高强度中锰钢的起源、化学成分及力学性能特点,分析讨论了高强度中锰钢的强塑化机制,总结了合金化和奥氏体逆转变退火工艺对高强度中锰钢微观组织和力学性能调控的研究现状,并论述了中锰钢焊接性和氢脆敏感性问题。最后,对今后一段时间内中锰钢的基础理论和应用研究方向进行了讨论。Medium manganese steel belongs to the third-generation advanced high-strength steels for automobiles,which effectively balances the requirements of the automotive industry for strength,plasticity and production costs.For the past decade,numerous materials researchers have been attracted to devote to relative studies.In the present paper,the origin,chemical compositions,and mechanical properties of advanced high-strength medium manganese steel for automobiles are introduced.The strengthening and plasticization mechanisms of high strength medium manganese steel are analyzed and discussed.The research status of alloying and austenitic reverse annealing processes on microstructure and mechanical properties of high strength medium manganese steel are summarized.The research status of alloying and austenitic reverse annealing process on microstructures and mechanical properties of high strength medium manganese steel are summarized.Finally,the basic theory and application research direction of medium manganese steel in the future are discussed.
