摘  要:若电子元器件电机运行温度过高,易降低或损坏电机的性能。为了降低温度控制过程的时滞性,缩减温度跟踪误差的变化范围,本研究提出基于模糊PID的电子元器件电机温度自动化控制方法。首先,以MCU单片机作为核心控制器,设计电子元器件电机温度监控仪,利用该监控仪采集电子元器件电机的实时温度数据;然后,使用盲源分离技术温度数据中的温度独立成分;最后,建立基于Smith预估器的模糊PID控制器,将温度独立成分输入到模糊PID控制器中,通过该控制器输出电子元器件电机温度控制量,从而实现对电子元器件电机温度的自动化控制。实验结果表明:该方法采集电子元器件电机温度数据的精度较高,可有效控制电子元器件电机的温度值达到设定值,且自动化控制时的超调量较小,说明该方法对于电子元器件电机温度的自动控制能力较为显著。If the operating temperature of electronic components and motors is too high,it is easy to reduce or damage the performance of the motor.In order to reduce the time delay of temperature control process and reduce the range of temperature tracking error,this study proposes a fuzzy PID based automatic control method for electronic component motor temperature.Firstly,using MCU microcontroller as the core controller,design an electronic component motor temperature monitoring device,and use this monitoring device to collect real-time temperature data of the electronic component motor;Then,use blind source separation technology to extract temperature independent components from the temperature data;Finally,establish a fuzzy PID controller based on Smith predictor,input temperature independent components into the fuzzy PID controller,and output electronic component motor temperature control variables through the controller,thereby achieving automatic control of electronic component motor temperature.The experimental results show that the method has a high accuracy in collecting temperature data of electronic component motors,and can effectively control the temperature value of electronic component motors to reach the set value.Moreover,the overshoot during automatic control is small,indicating that the method has a significant ability to automatically control the temperature of electronic component motors.
