预制混凝土箱梁简支变连续负弯矩区的设计研究

摘  要:提出了在预制混凝土箱梁简支变连续负弯矩区中支点位置设置双排支座,并在墩顶现浇超高性能混凝土的新型简支变连续方案,并采用有限元软件ABAQUS建立了两跨简支变连续箱梁桥实体单元模型,进行了结构安全验算。结果表明,负弯矩区最大拉应力发生在UHPC接缝上表面,仅为2.15 MPa,设计方案满足规范要求。相比于现场张拉预应力钢束的传统方法,该方案施工便捷,质量有保证。In this paper,a new simply-supported transiting to continuous scheme is proposed,in which double rows of bearing are set at the negative bending moment zone of precast concrete box beams and ultra-high performance concrete is cast in-situ at the top of piers.The solid element model of two-span simply supported girder transiting to continuous box girder bridge is established by using finite element software ABAQUS,and the structural safety checking calculation is carried out.The results show that the maximum tensile stress in the negative moment zone occurs on the upper surface of the UHPC joint,which is only 2.15 MPa,satisfying specifications requirements.Compared with the traditional method of tensioning prestressed steel bundles in the field,the construction is convenient and the quality is guaranteed.
