摘  要:以自动化设计为重点,以正向设计为导向,基于BIM对梁桥按构件类型进行模块化分解及参数化处理,创造性提出了圆端形实体墩实体模型的计算方法,完成了梁桥核心构件库的创建,进一步实现了连续梁及简支梁数据化调用及全参数化建模。完成构件库建立的同时,通过对梁桥结构进行分解,利用API技术重点完成了UI界面设计、数据采集编码模块、标高和轴网模块、各构件模块的程序设计。本文中族构件具有通用性和共享性,程序自动读取工程项目数据,克服了数据孤岛化问题,完成了实体模型的参数化驱动、布局和自动化生成,解决了异型桥墩、连续箱梁建模算法等难点,解决了曲线线路上桥梁下部构件与线路夹角的偏转问题,及桥梁纵坡实现的算法难点,程序创建的模型基本达到了设计要求,提高了设计精度、质量及生产效率,对桥梁工程信息化发展具有积极作用。Focusing on automated design and oriented to forward design,this study modularly decomposes and parameterises the girder bridge according to component types based on BIM,the calculation method of solid model for round-end solid piers is creatively proposed,the creation of the core component library of the girder bridge is completed,and the data calling and fully parametric modelling of the continuous girder and simply-supported girder is further realized.At the same time of completing the establishment of the component library,through the decomposition of the girder bridge structure,the use of API technology focuses on completing the design of the UI interface,data collection and coding module,elevation and axial network module,and the programme design of each component module.In this paper,the family components have generality and sharing,the program automatically reads the data of engineering projects,which overcomes the problem of data insularity,completes the parametric driving,layout and automation generation of solid model,solves the difficulties of modelling algorithms of shaped piers and continuous box girders,solves the problem of deflecting the angle of the bridge's lower components and the line on the curved line and the algorithmic difficulties in the realization of the bridge's longitudinal slopes.The model created by the program basically meets the design requirements,improves the design accuracy,quality and production efficiency,and has a positive effect on the development of bridge engineering information technology.
