摘　　要：社会是实践育人的重要环境和现实反映。从社会化视角探究构建“实践育人共同体”,是推进人才培养的重要手段和路径,具有客观的理论价值和实践意义。文章结合高校实践育人的社会化现实境遇,从层次目标、课程体系、实践主体、保障支持、评价反馈等方面,提出构建高校实践育人共同体的建议,以期借此推动我国高校人才培养事业的蓬勃发展,开创高校多元主体参与的人才培养新格局。Society is an important environment and realistic reflection for practical education.Exploring the construction of a“practical education community”from a socialization perspective is an important means and path to promote talent cultivation,which has objective theoretical value and practical significance.Combining with the socialized reality of practical education in universities,this paper puts forward suggestions for constructing a practical education community in universities from the aspects of hierarchical goals,curriculum system,practical subjects,safeguard support,evaluation and feedback,hoping to promote the vigorous development of talent cultivation in Chinese universities and create a new pattern of talent cultivation with the participation of multiple subjects in universities.
