北京冬奥会遗产赋能中国式现代化乡村体育的基本内涵、作用机制和推进策略

摘　　要：在全面推进乡村振兴的时代背景下,北京2022年冬奥会留下的丰厚遗产有助于推进中国式现代化乡村体育。通过文献资料和逻辑分析认为,北京冬奥会场地设施条件现代化夯实了乡村体育发展基础,产业治理体系现代化、城乡体育一体化,制度组织现代化促进了全体人民共同富裕。北京冬奥会遗产对中国式现代化乡村体育的赋能机制主要包括创新驱动机制、融合共创机制、动态匹配机制和协同治理机制。然而北京冬奥会遗产赋能中国式现代化乡村体育面临冬奥会遗产赋能支撑体系不完善、基层对冬奥会遗产赋能认识不足、乡村地区体育基础设施建设滞后、乡村体育现代化复合型人才缺乏等现实困境。推进北京冬奥会遗产赋能中国式现代化乡村体育应构建冬奥会遗产赋能顶层设计,培育遗产赋能典型案例;坚持以农民为主体的发展原则,加快遗产赋能转化应用;统筹规划乡村体育设施建设,夯实乡村体育现代化根基;建立健全乡村体育组织,完善“引育用留”全链条人才机制。In the context of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization,the generous legacy of Beijing Winter Olympics will promote the Chinese modernization of rural sports.The modernization of venue and facilities for Beijing Winter Olympics has solidified the foundation for rural sports development.Modernized the industrial governance system,integrated urban and rural sports,and modernized institutional organizations prompt common prosperity for people.The empowering effect of Beijing Winter Olympics legacy on the modernization of rural sports include innovation driven mechanisms,integration and co creation mechanisms,dynamic matching mechanisms,collaborative governance mechanisms.We faced some challenges including incomplete support system for legacy empowerment,insufficient understanding of the empowerment of legacy at the grassroots level,lagging sports infrastructure construction in rural areas,lack of composite talents for rural sports modernization.Strategies for promoting the modernization of rural sports empowered by the legacy:Optimizing the top-level design of legacy empowerment for the Beijing Winter Olympics and cultivating typical cases of legacy empowerment.Adhere to the development concept centered on farmers and accelerate the transformation and application of legacy empowerment.Overall planning for the construction of rural sports facilities and consolidating the foundation of modernization of rural sports.Building a rural sports organizations and talent training system,create a high-quality and versatile talent mechanism.
