摘  要:本文阐述了工匠精神的内涵和价值,分析了职业院校存在的工匠精神认知需要深化、课程体系构建需要优化、教师思想塑造需要强化、实践教学水平需要提高、校园文化氛围需要加强、校企协同机制需要健全、评价体系构建需要完善等问题,提出了新时代职业院校工匠精神培育的路径及措施:深化认知维度,精准构建长效机制;优化课程体系,深度融入教学过程;强化师资队伍,全面提升教师素养;加强实践教学,深度养成工匠精神;营造文化氛围,全面弘扬工匠精神;创新合作机制,协同培育工匠精神;健全评价体系,精准衡量培育成效。This article elaborates on the connotation and value of the spirit of craftsmanship,analyzes the issues existing in vocational colleges,such as the need to deepen the understanding of the craftsman spirit,optimize the construction of the curriculum system,strengthen the ideological shaping of teachers,improve the level of practical teaching,enhance the campus cultural atmosphere,improve the mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation,and perfect the construction of the evaluation system.It proposes the paths and measures for cultivating the craftsman spirit in vocational colleges in the new era:deepening the cognitive dimension and accurately construct a long-term mechanism;optimizing the curriculum system and deeply integrating it into the teaching process;strengthening the teaching staff and comprehensively enhancing the quality of teachers;strengthening practical teaching and deeply cultivating the spirit of craftsmanship;creating a cultural atmosphere and comprehensively promoting the spirit of craftsmanship;innovating cooperation mechanisms and collaborative cultivation of craftsmanship spirit;establishing a sound evaluation system and accurately measuring the effectiveness of cultivation.
