摘 要:为实现远程对养殖猪舍的自动化管理,促进生猪养殖产业的智能化发展,以宿迁市东川养殖场为背景,采用分布式控制架构,综合运用无线自组网通讯、云计算等技术,构建基于养殖实时感知、决策、控制的生猪智慧养殖物联网系统。该系统可实现猪舍环境、饲料投喂、猪只生长情况等多项数据的实时监测,并通过系统进行自动策略分析控制。同时配备移动端APP,方便管理员随时随地进行猪栏监管和数据查询。测试结果表明,针对不同环境和养殖分区,该系统可实现猪舍分布式环境监测、远程调控、猪只生长监测、生猪生理状态监测等功能,系统无线信号传输稳定,控制可靠性高,连续进行1 000次接收数据测试数据无丢失,平均响应速率<200 ms。In order to achieve remote automated management of swine farming houses and promote the intelligent development of swine farming industry,taking the Dongchuan breeding farm in Suqian as the background,this study adopted distributed control architecture,integrated wireless AD hoc communication,cloud computing and other technologies to build a swine intelligent farming iot system based on real-time perception,decision-making and control of breeding.This system can realize real-time monitoring of swine house environment,feed feeding,swine growth and other data,and perform automatic strategy analysis and control through the system.In addition,the system is equipped with a mobile APP for administrators to supervise the pigsty and query data anytime and anywhere.Test results show that the system can achieve distributed environmental monitoring of swine houses,remote control,monitoring of swine growth,and monitoring of swine physiological status for different environments and breeding zones.The wireless signal transmission of the system is stable,the control reliability is high,the data is received for 1000 times continuously without data loss,and the average response rate is less than 200 ms.
