工业环保企业融资效率及影响因素研究

摘　　要：工业经济下环保企业的融资问题是制约我国环保型工业企业现代化发展的一个重要的因素,因此研究新形势下工业环保企业的融资效率及影响因素对于促进工业环保企业发展具有重要的积极意义。选取上市的工业环保企业,运用DEA和Tobit模型对2017—2023年融资效率及影响因素进行研究。研究结果表明,工业环保企业整体融资效率不高,但整体效率在逐年改善;大部分企业规模报酬递减,投入资源利用率较低,应适当减少投入量,提高利用率;规模效率普遍较高,技术效率、技术进步和纯技术效率指数偏低;提升融资效率的关键因素在于合理优化投入产出比和提升企业盈利能力。The financing problem of environmental protection enterprises under the industrial economy is an important factor restricting the modernization and development of China's environmentally friendly industrial enterprises,so the study of the financing efficiency and influencing factors of industrial environmental protection enterprises under the new situation is of great significance in promoting the development of industrial environmental protection enterprises.Listed industrial environmental protection enterprises are selected,and the DEA and Tobit models are used to study the financing efficiency and influencing factors from 2017 to 2023.The research results show that the overall financing efficiency of industrial environmental protection enterprises is not high,but the overall efficiency is improving year by year;most of the enterprises have diminishing returns to scale and low utilization rate of input resources,which should be appropriately reduced to improve the utilization rate;the scale efficiency is generally high,and the indexes of technological efficiency,technological progress,and pure technological efficiency are on the low side;the key factors to improve the financing efficiency lie in the reasonable optimization of the input-output ratio and the enhancement of the profitability of the enterprise The key factors to improve financing efficiency are reasonable optimization of input-output ratio and improvement of enterprise profitability.
