摘  要:目的探讨自我控制对中小学教师工作投入的影响,并考察成长型思维在其中的作用机制。方法通过自我控制量表(SCS)、智力思维模式量表(MIS)和工作投入量表(UWES)对贵州省10所中小学的550名教师进行调查和评估。结果(1)教师的自我控制与成长型思维呈正相关(r=0.44,P<0.001);自我控制与工作投入呈正相关(r=0.37,P<0.001);成长型思维与工作投入呈正相关(r=0.36,P<0.001);(2)成长型思维在自我控制对中小学教师工作投入的影响中发挥中介作用,即自我控制通过成长型思维对中小学教师工作投入产生重要的间接积极影响。结论自我控制对中小学教师工作投入具有直接积极影响,同时,强调了自我控制通过成长型思维对中小学教师工作投入产生间接的积极影响。Objective To explore the influence of self-control on the work engagement of primary and secondary school teachers,as well as to investigate the mediating role of growth mindset in this relationship.Methods A survey and evaluation were conducted on 550 teachers from 10 primary and secondary schools in Guizhou Province using the Self-Control Scale(SCS),the Mindset Inventory Scale(MIS),and the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale(UWES).Results(1)The self-control of teachers is positively correlated with growth mindset(r=0.44,P<0.001);self-control is positively correlated with work engagement(r=0.37,P<0.001);and growth mindset is positively correlated with work engagement(r=0.36,P<0.001).(2)The growth mindset played a significant mediating role in the impact of self-control on the work engagement of primary and secondary school teachers,indicating that self-control indirectly and positively influences teachers'work engagement through the mechanism of a growth mindset.Conclusion Self-control has a direct positive impact on the work engagement of primary and secondary school teachers.Additionally,it emphasizes that self-control indirectly exerts a positive influence on the work engagement of primary and secondary school teachers through a growth mindset.
