摘 要:蛋白质在生物体中执行多种关键功能,但不同位置蛋白质的功能和分布差异显著,传统蛋白质组学难以解析这种空间特异性。空间蛋白组学是一种新兴技术,能够在细胞和组织的空间背景下研究蛋白质的表达与分布。近年来,空间蛋白组学在肾脏疾病的研究中展现出巨大潜力,它在揭示疾病发生机制、探索生物标志物等方面取得了显著进展,但其应用仍面临一系列挑战,包括复杂的数据分析、多组学数据的整合难题以及跨学科合作的需求。空间蛋白组学的发展将进一步推动肾脏疾病的诊断与治疗。Proteins perform multiple key functions in organisms,but the functions and distribution of proteins at different locations vary significantly,and it is difficult for traditional proteomics to decipher this spatial specificity.Space proteomics is an emerging technology that can study the expression and distribution of proteins in the spatial context of cells and tissues.In recent years,spatial proteomics has shown great potential in the study of kidney diseases,making significant progress in revealing disease mechanisms and exploring biomarkers etc.However,its application still faces a series of challenges,including complex data analysis,integration of multi-omics data,and the need for interdisciplinary cooperation.The development of spatial proteomics will further promote the diagnosis and treatment of kidney diseases.
