摘　　要：肿瘤相关巨噬细胞(TAMs)能通过分泌多种活性物质促进肿瘤生长、侵袭和转移,在肿瘤发生发展中发挥重要作用。集落刺激因子-1受体(CSF-1R)是维持TAMs生长与功能的关键分子,靶向抑制CSF-1R可显著改善肿瘤的进程,被认为是治疗实体瘤的新的潜在有效策略。在体外实验中,通过小分子或抗体靶向CSF-1R能有效抑制实体瘤的进展,但其在体内实验中效果欠佳且具有一定的不良反应。因此,未来研究的重点是开发安全有效的CSF-1R抑制剂及其抗体,并探索其与化疗、放疗、免疫治疗等联合治疗的潜力,以提高疗效并改善患者预后。Tumor-associated macrophages(TAMs)can promote tumor growth,invasion and metastasis by secreting a variety of active substances,and play an important role in tumorigenesis and development.Colony-stimulating factor-1 receptor(CSF-1R)is a key molecule that maintains the growth and function of TAMs.Targeted inhibition of CSF-1R can significantly improve the progression of tumors and is considered new potential therapeutic strategy for solid tumors.Targeting CSF-1R with small molecules or antibodies can effectively inhibit the progress of solid tumors in in vitro experiments,but the effect is unsatisfactory and has certain adverse reactions in in vivo experiments.Therefore,the focus of the future study is to develop safe and effective CSF-1R inhibitors and their antibodies,and explore their potential in combination with chemotherapy,radiotherapy and immunotherapy to enhance the efficacy and improve the patient prognosis.
