摘　　要：单肺通气是胸外科手术麻醉中必不可少的技术。目前,单肺通气的主要方式包括支气管插管、双腔气管插管及支气管封堵器等,尽管这些方法在成人手术中已得到广泛应用,但在小儿患者中仍需根据具体情况灵活选择,以确保通气效果。现有单肺通气研究更多聚焦于成人,儿童的研究较少。尽管近年来儿童肺隔离时肺保护的研究有所增加,但应更加深入地探究单肺通气技术在胸外科手术麻醉中的应用,包括优化围手术期管理流程以及改良肺保护性策略等,以减轻小儿胸外科手术患者围手术期肺损伤,提高手术安全性和患儿预后。One-lung ventilation is an essential technique in anesthesia for thoracic surgery.Currently,the main modalities of one-lung ventilation include bronchial intubation,double-lumen tracheal intubation,and bronchial sealer,etc.Although these methods have been widely used in adult surgery,in pediatric patients,flexible choices are still needed to ensure the effectiveness of ventilation according to the specific situation.Existing studies on one-lung ventilation have focused more on adults and less on children.Although studies on lung protection during lung isolation in children have increased in recent years,the application of one-lung ventilation techniques in thoracic anesthesia should be explored more thoroughly,which includes optimizing the perioperative management process as well as improving lung-protective strategies etc.,in order to mitigate perioperative lung injury in pediatric thoracic surgery patients,and improve the surgical safety and the patient prognosis.
