摘 要:为有效控制船用天然气发动机排放,针对船机国二阶段排放标准,开发了废气-燃料重整再循环(REGR)系统,实现了REGR系统与船用天然气发动机联合运行。基于此,分析重整反应物M/O=2时(重整器高效运行边界),发动机不同负荷下的过量空气系数(λ)与重整系统EGR率(X_(EGR))的协同作用对HC+NO_(x)、CH_(4)、CO三类污染排放的影响规律,探究满足船机国二阶段排放标准的发动机与REGR系统协同运行方案。结果表明,在发动机25%负荷时,λ=1.35,X_(EGR)=6.2%;50%负荷时,λ=1.4,X_(EGR)=9.1%;75%负荷时,λ=1.46,X_(EGR)=7.2%;100%负荷时,λ=1.535,X_(EGR)=3.6%,可实现HC+NO_(x)加权比排放为6.17 g/(kW·h),CH_(4)加权比排放为1.2 g/(kW·h),满足船机国二阶段法规要求。此外,采用REGR系统的船用天然气发动机燃气消耗量与原始发动机基本相当。To effectively control the marine natural gas engine emissions,the exhaust gas-fuel reforming recirculation(REGR)system was designs to realize the combined operation of the REGR system and the marine natural gas engine.The effects of the coupling of excess air ration(λ)and EGR rate of REGR system(XEGR)on HC+NO_(x),CH_(4),and CO emissions under different loads of the engine at M/O=2(the high efficiency boundary of the reformer)were analyzed,and the operation strategies of the engine and REGR system to meet the exhaust pollutant limits for marine engines(CHINAⅡ)were explored.The results indicated that at 25%engine load,λ=1.35 and X_(EGR)=6.2%;at 50%engine load,λ=1.4 and X_(EGR)=9.1%;at 75%engine load,λ=1.46 and X_(EGR)=7.2%;and at 100%engine load,λ=1.535 and X_(EGR)=3.6%.Under these conditions,the engine can achieve specific emissions of HC+NO_(x) at 6.17 g/kWh and CH_(4) at 1.2 g/kWh,meeting the requirements of China’s second-stage marine engine regulations.Moreover,the fuel consumption of the marine natural gas engine equipped with the REGR system was essentially the same as that of the original natural gas engine.
