“高技能人才”的内涵意蕴、典型特征和发展路径——以“财经商贸专业大类”为例

摘  要:新版职业教育专业教学标准是《职业教育专业目录(2021年)》和《职业教育专业简介(2022年修订)》的进一步延伸和细化,对专业教学具有更直接的指导性和更强的实操性。以“财经商贸专业大类”为例,新版标准对培养与产业发展相契合的高技能人才给予了更为统一、系统、规范的指引,并蕴含着系统性、技术性、复合性、累积性、进阶性、创新型六大典型特征。职业院校要做好教学标准的高质量落地,结合区域发展和行业需求,做好中高本一体化衔接,发挥高职本科引领性作用,加强高质量实践性教学,契合产业数字化发展需求,培养复合型、系统型、创新型“高技能人才”。The new version of professional teaching standards in vocational education is a further ex⁃tension and refinement of the“Professional Catalogue of Vocational Education(2021)”and“Professional Introduction of Vocational Education(Revised in 2022)”,which has more direct guidance and stronger oper⁃ability for professional teaching.Taking“financial and trade major”as an example,the new version of teaching standards gives more unified,systematic and standardized guidance for cultivating highly skilled talents in line with industrial development,and connotes six typical characteristics:systematicness,techni⁃cality,complexity,cumulativity,progressiveness and innovativeness.Vocational colleges should higherquality implement teaching standards,complete the integration of the secondary vocational education,high⁃er vocational education and bachelor of vocational education combined with regional development and in⁃dustry needs,play a leading role in the higher vocational undergraduate education,strengthen high-quality operational teaching,meet the needs of industrial digital development,and cultivate complex,systematic and innovative“high-skilled talents”.
