摘 要:【目的】探究新疆不同产区红树莓品种叶片中多酚物质含量与抗氧化活性的特征与差异,解析其与各产区环境因子的相关关系,为红树莓叶片更好地开发利用提供科学参考。【方法】以玛纳斯县马家庄村‘哈瑞太兹’、石河子142团‘哈瑞太兹’、那拉提乡‘秋英’和巴伊托海镇‘秋英’与‘哈瑞太兹’4个产区的2个红树莓品种的叶片为研究材料,对其总黄酮、总多酚、鞣花酸等酚类物质含量和抗氧化活性进行测定与对比分析,研究不同产区各指标之间及其与各产区土壤理化因子之间的相关性。【结果】(1)除总黄酮外,各产区及品种红树莓幼龄叶的酚类物质含量与抗氧化活性均显著高于成龄叶;从各产区与品种之间的差异看,玛纳斯产区‘哈瑞太兹’幼龄叶多酚物质含量和抗氧化活性均较高,总多酚、鞣花酸和绿原酸含量,值分别达92.66、73.01和28436.72 mg/g,DPPH、ABTS清除率可达58.84%、67.29%;但那拉提‘秋英’幼龄叶的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性在不同产区与品种中均最高,值为439.54 U/g;巴依托海产区的两个品种中,‘哈瑞太兹’幼龄叶总多酚、鞣花酸和绿原酸含量及其DPPH、ABTS自由基清除能力均显著高于‘秋英’,其中,总多酚含量约为‘秋英’的1.81倍,达82.13 mg/g;(2)总体上叶片的鞣花酸、总多酚和绿原酸含量均对其抗氧化指标具有较强的促进作用,但对其超氧化物歧化酶活性具有较强负向影响;(3)土壤有机质、全磷、全钾、速效磷和碱解氮对成龄叶多酚和抗氧化活性均产生积极作用,而土壤速效钾、电导率与全盐量主要产生负向影响。【结论】红树莓叶片多酚物质的合成与积累对其抗氧化能力具有较强的促进作用,5个供试红树莓叶片样品中玛纳斯县‘哈瑞太兹’幼龄叶品质最佳。[Objective]The paper aimed to explore the characteristics and differences of polyphenolic compounds content and antioxidant ac-tivities in the leaves of red raspberry varieties from different producing areas in Xinjiang,and to analyze their correlation with environmental factors in each producing area,so as to provide scientific reference for the better development and utilization of red raspberry leaves.[Meth-od]The study taking the leaves of two red raspberry varieties from the four producing areas in Xinjiang as materials:Manas‘Heritage',Shi-hezi 142 Regiment‘Heritage',Nalati Township‘Autumn Britten',Bayitohai°Autumn Britten’and Bayitohai'Heritage'.The contents of total flavonoids,total polyphenols,ellagic acid and other phenolic substances and antioxidant activities were measured and compared,and the correlation with soil physical and chemical properties in different producing areas was revealed.[Result](i)Among the different producing areas and varieties of red raspberry,except for the total flavonoids,the phenolicic compounds content and antioxidant activities of tender leav-es were significantly higher than those of old leaves.According to the differences between different producing areas and varieties,the polyphe-nol content and antioxidant activity of the tender leaves of Heritage'in Manas producing area were higher in other producing areas of the same variety.The contents of total polyphenols,ellagic acid and chlorogenic acid were 92.66,73.01 and 28436.72 mg/g,respectively,and the scavenging rates of DPPH and ABTS were 58.84%and 67.29%,respectively.However,the SOD activity of the young leaves of Nalati‘Autumn Britten'was the highest in different producing areas and varieties,which was 439.54 U/g.The contents of total polyphenols,ellag-ic acid and chlorogenic acid and their DPPH and ABTS free radical scavenging abilities in the tender leaves of'Heritage'were significantly higher than those of Autumn Britten',Among them,the total polyphenol content was about 1.81 times that of‘Autumn Briten',
