弹簧圈栓塞治疗小肠动静脉血管畸形出血1例报道

摘　　要：小肠动静脉血管畸形是一种少见疾病,可能导致大量肠道出血,临床由于诊断困难而难以治疗。在此报道1例小肠大出血患者,通过选择性肠系膜动脉数字减影血管造影(digital substraction angiography,DSA)诊断为小肠动静脉血管畸形,并通过给予弹簧圈栓塞成功止血的病例,为该病的临床诊疗提供一定经验。Small intestinal arteriovenous malformation is a rare disease that can lead to significant intestinal bleeding and is difficult to treat clinically due to diagnostic challenges.This study reported a case of small intestinal bleeding,diagnosed by small intestinal digital substraction angiography(DSA)as small intestinal arteriovenous malformation,and successfully stopped by embolization with a spring coil,providing some experience for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
