精益生产对制造业中小企业运营绩效影响的研究

摘　　要：采用问卷调查的方式,分析精益生产对制造业中小企业运营绩效的影响。研究表明,精益生产的四个维度:工艺管理、控制和人力资源管理、供应商关系和客户关系对制造业中小企业的运营绩效都有积极的影响,中小企业需要根据具体情况,灵活实施精益生产,以提高企业运营效益。When facing complex environments,utilizing advanced management concepts to enhance core competitiveness is crucial for small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.Lean production is an effective way to improve the operational performance of enterprises by eliminating waste and optimizing processes.This article uses a questionnaire survey to analyze the positive impact of lean production on the operational performance of small and medium-sized enterprises in the manufacturing industry.Research shows that the four dimensions of lean production,including process management,control and human resource management,and supplier relationships,have a positive impact on the operational performance of manufacturing and small and medium-sized enterprises.Small and medium-sized enterprises need to flexibly implement lean production according to specific situations to improve operational efficiency.
