摘　　要：精益生产方式在制造行业内得到了广泛应用。研究F公司某一产品系列的价值过程,识别了影响F公司生产制造时间和费用的核心问题。随后,绘制F公司的未来价值流图,并提出了针对性的改进方案。通过应用精益生产的方法,推动了F公司的持续改进和发展。Lean production methods have been widely used in the manufacturing industry.The value process of a particular product line of Company F is studied and the core issues affecting the manufacturing time and cost of Company F are identified.Subsequently,the future value stream of Company F is mapped and targeted improvement programmes are proposed.By applying lean manufacturing methods,continuous improvement and development of Company F is promoted.
