摘  要:将“德法兼治”理念融入高校隐性思想政治教育,有助于完善高校隐性思想政治教育相关理论,也有助于高校培养崇德守法的新时代好青年。文章对“德法兼治”理念融入高校隐性思想政治教育的路径进行探究,提出要将“德法兼治”理念融入高校隐性思想政治教育,就要从物质文化环境、教师团队、学校制度、精神文化环境、社会实践活动这五个方面入手。一要打造以崇德守法为主题的校园物质文化环境;二要培养知法守法、崇德明理的教师团队;三要制定与“德法兼治”理念相适配的学校制度;四要营造遵纪守法、明礼诚信的校园精神文化环境;五要开展以“德法兼治”理念为主题的社会实践活动。Integrating the concept of"combining morality and law"into implicit ideological and political education in universities can help improve the relevant theories of implicit ideological and political education in universities,as well as cultivate new era good youth who uphold morality and abide by the law.The article explores the path of integrating the concept of"combining morality and law"into implicit ideological and political education in universities,and proposes that to integrate the concept of"combining morality and law"into implicit ideological and political education in universities,we need to start from five aspects:material and cultural environment,teacher team,school system,spiritual and cultural environment,and social practice activities.Firstly,we need to create a campus material and cultural environment with the theme of upholding morality and abiding by the law;Secondly,it is necessary to cultivate a team of teachers who are knowledgeable about the law,abide by the law,and uphold morality and reason;Once again,it is necessary to establish a school system that is compatible with the concept of"combining morality and law";Then,we need to create a campus spiritual and cultural environment that abides by laws and regulations,is courteous and honest;Finally,we need to carry out social practice activities with the theme of"combining morality and law in governance".
