高校医工专业“双师型”教师队伍建设研究

摘  要:医学人才的培养质量不仅关乎学生的长远发展,更与医药卫生事业行业的发展息息相关,具备双能双证的“双师型”教师是提高医学人才培养质量的关键。为适应现代医学与医工专业发展的步伐,加强“双师型”教师队伍建设尤为重要。在这一背景下,文章首先对高校医工专业“双师型”教师队伍建设问题进行分析,包括教师合作意识薄弱、培训制度不完善、教师科研转化能力不足、缺少有效的激励机制等问题,然后针对性地提出加强医工专业“双师型”教师队伍建设的策略,包括加强培养教师团队合作精神,完善“双师型”教师培训机制,加强产学研合作,健全“双师型”教师激励制度等,以期为高校推进医工专业教学改革提供更多的依据。The quality of medical talent cultivation is not only related to the long-term development of students,but also closely related to the development of the medical and health industry."Double-quality"teachers with dual abilities and dual certificates are the key to improving the quality of medical talent cultivation.It is particularly important to strengthen the construction of a"dual teacher"teaching team in order to adapt to the pace of modern medicine and medical engineering development.In this context,the article first analyzes the problems of building a"double-quality"teaching team in medical engineering majors in universities,including weak teacher cooperation awareness,incomplete training system,insuficient teacher research transformation ability,and lack of effective incentive mechanisms.Then,targeted strategies are proposed to strengthen the construction of a"double-quality"teaching team in medical engineering majors,including strengthening the cultivation of teacher team cooperation spirit,improving the training mechanism for"double-quality"teachers,enhancing industry university research cooperation,and improving the incentive system for"double-quality"teachers,in order to provide more basis for universities to promote teaching reform in medical engineering majors.
