摘　　要：“一三五党建+汇美教育”是遵义航天实验中学在党政工作、团队建设、师资培养、学生培养等诸多方面的探索与实践。其中,“一三五党建工作法”是引领教师团队成长的有效策略,具体是指建强“一个堡垒”、融合“三个体系”、实施“五大行动”。“汇美教育”是指以美带动师生素养全面提升的教育,具体是指汇课堂之美、以美启智,汇艺术之美、以美润心,汇运动之美、以美健体,汇劳动之美、以美赋能。实践表明,基于“一三五党建+汇美教育”综合策略,学校在党员培养方面、教学方面、教师成长方面、学生发展方面等均取得令人可喜的成果。"One Three Five Party Building+Huimei Education"is an exploration and practice of Zunyi Aerospace Experimental Middle School in various aspects such as party and government work,team building,teacher training,and student development.Among them,the"One Three Five Party Building Work Method"is an effective strategy to lead the growth of the teacher team,specifically referring to building a strong"fortress",integrating the"three systems",and implementing the"five major actions".Huimei Education"refers to education that uses beauty to comprehensively improve the literacy of teachers and students.Specifically,it refers to the beauty of the classroom,the beauty of art,the beauty of the heart,the beauty of exercise,the beauty of physical fitness,the beauty of labor,and the beauty of empowerment.Practice has shown that based on the comprehensive strategy of"One Three Five Party Building+Huimei Education",schools have achieved gratifying results in Party member training,teaching,teacher growth,and student development.
