数字治理平台与跨境电商间的合作机制研究

摘　　要：平台治理作为政府治理现代化的一种新型管控模式,具备时效性、无边界性、感知性等典型特点,而数字治理平台是其实践训练模式之一。探究数字治理平台的积极作用可更加直观、清楚地呈现平台治理在提高政府服务质量、现代化治理效果等方面的作用机制,综合化体现数字治理平台、跨境电商企业之间的密切联系,根据实际情况研究与构建合作机制。研究发现:数字治理平台对促进企业高质量、高水平发展的影响机制主要表现为信息共享、资源整合、价值创造三个维度。As a new control mode of modern government governance,platform governance has the typical characteristics such as timeliness,boundary and perception;and the digital governance platform is a practical training mode.This paper explores the positive role of the research platform,which can more intuitively and clearly present the mechanism of platform governance in improving the government service quality and modern governance effect,comprehensively reflect the close connection between digital governance platform and cross-border e-commerce enterprises.The study constructs the cooperation mechanism according to the actual situation.It is found that the influence mechanism of digital governance platform on promoting high-quality and high-level development of enterprises is mainly manifested in three dimensions:information sharing,resource integration and value creation.
