职普融通的生成逻辑、科学维度与实践构想

摘　　要：党的二十届三中全会提出,加快构建职普融通。作为中国式教育现代化的实践路向,职普融通是推动“教育、科技、人才”一体化的重要举措。普通教育是职业教育的基础,职业教育是普通教育的延伸。在生成逻辑上,职普通融源于马克思人的自由全面发展理论、继承于我国教育体制机制的现代化转向、生发于职业教育高质量发展的现实需要;从科学内涵来看,职普融通在主体维度上加快学生整体性发展;在社会维度上促进技能型社会建设;在教育维度上优化高质量教育体系;在国家维度上推动新时代教育强国。在中国式现代化进程中持续深化职普融通,应当着力完善职普融通的政策引导、加强互联互通的课程设置、形成因地制宜的特色教学、建立健全多元的评价机制。The Third Plenary Session of the Twentieth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC)proposed accelerating the construction of integrating vocational and popular education.As a practical approach to the modernization of Chinese-style education,the integration of vocational education and general education is an important step in promoting the integration of education,science and technology,and human resources.General education is the foundation of vocational education,while vocational education is the extension of general education.In terms of generative logic,the integration of vocational education and general education originates from Marx’s theory of free and comprehensive development of human beings,and inherits the modernization of educational system and mechanism,and is inspired by the need for high-quality development of vocational education;in terms of scientific connotation,the integration of vocational education and general education accelerates students’holistic development in the subjective dimension,promotes the construction of a skilled society in the social dimension,optimizes the high-quality education system in the educational dimension,and promotes a powerful country by education in the new era in the national dimension.In the process of Chinese-style modernization,great efforts should be made regarding improving the policy guidance of vocational and popular integration,strengthening the interconnected curriculum provision,developing the characteristic teaching tailored to local conditions,and establishing a sound and diversified evaluation mechanism.
