摘　　要：Due to its high photo-stability and near-infrared(NIR)emission,silicon rhodamine(SiR)has achieved wide applications in visualization of small molecules and biomolecules in living cells by conjugating with a therapeutic drug of interest.However,the synthesis of SiR has proven to be labor tedious and inefficient.
