摘　　要：进一步全面深化改革的主题是推进中国式现代化,总目标是继续完善和发展中国特色社会主义制度,推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化。全面深化改革是推进中国式现代化的根本动力,中国特色社会主义制度是推进中国式现代化的制度保障。紧紧围绕推进中国式现代化进一步全面深化改革,需要继续深化各领域各方面体制机制改革,构建推进中国式现代化的制度体系,推动各方面制度更加成熟更加定型,为推进中国式现代化提供强大动力和制度保障。The theme of further deepening reform comprehensively is to advance Chinese modernization,and the overall goal is to continue to improve and develop the socialist system with Chinese characteristics and to promote the modernization of China's governance system and governance capacity.Deepening reform comprehensively is the fundamental impetus for advancing Chinese modernization,and the socialist system with Chinese characteristics is the institutional guarantee for advancing Chinese modernization.To further deepen reform comprehensively in the context of advancing Chinese modernization,it is necessary to continue to deepen the reform of institutions and mechanisms in all areas,to build an institutional system for advancing Chinese modernization,and to promote the maturation and formation of the system in all areas,so as to provide a strong impetus and institutional guarantee for the advancement of Chinese modernization.
