摘  要:新质产业工人培养是推动新质生产力发展的关键因素,其培养过程涉及多元主体,是一项复杂开放的系统性教育活动。协同理论为多元协作培养新质产业工人提供了新的视角和方法。面对新质生产力发展要求,新质产业工人培养的自组织演化开始远离平衡态,应依托协同理论,推动新质产业工人培养的协同发展。基于新质生产力发展对产业工人素质所提出的全新要求,并在协同理论的框架下系统探讨了新质产业工人的培养机制,构建了以“政校协同、三教协同、校企协同、产教协同、工学协同”为核心的开放大学服务新质产业工人培养的协作路径。The cultivation of new-quality industrial workers is a key factor in promoting the development of new quality productivity.But the process involves multiple subjects and is a complex and open systematic education.The synergy theory provides new perspectives and methods for training new-quality industrial workers through multi-cooperation.In response to the development requirements of new quality productivity,the self-organizing evolution of training new-quality industrial workers has begun to deviate from equilibrium,making it imperative to promote synergistic development based on synergy theory.This article analyzes the new requirements for the quality of industrial workers under the background of the development of new quality productivity,systematically explores the training mechanism of new-quality industry workers within the framework of collaborative theory,and constructs collaborative pathways for Open Universities centered on"government-school collaboration,thripartite education collaboration,school-enterprise collaboration,industry-education collaboration,and work-study collaboration".
