摘 要:近年来,博士生人才培养质量成为我国“双一流”建设的关键因素,导师指导风格对博士生的学业表现和延期毕业具有重要影响。文章以社会交换理论和应激理论为基础,构建了导师家长式指导风格对博士生学业拖延的影响机制模型。通过对28所高校的292名博士生进行问卷调研和实证检验,研究结果表明:导师仁慈式指导和德行式指导对博士生学业拖延具有负向影响,而导师威权式指导对博士生学业拖延具有正向影响。博士生焦虑心理在导师家长式指导的三个维度与学业拖延之间具有中介作用。导师-研究生交换关系和同伴关系负向调节了博士生焦虑心理与学业拖延的关系。研究为高校缓解博士生焦虑心理和降低学业拖延行为提供指导,为帮助博士生顺利毕业和全面提升博士人才培养质量提供参考。In recent years,the improvement of doctoral talent training quality has become a key factor in China's"Double First-Class"construction.The tutor's guidance style has an important impact on doctoral students'academic performance and graduation delays.Based on social exchange theory and stress theory,this paper constructs a mechanism model of tutor paternalistic guidance style on doctoral students'academic procrastination.Through the questionnaire survey and empirical test of 292 doctoral students in 28 universities,the results show that mentor benevolent guidance and moral guidance negatively influence doctoral students'academic procrastination,while mentor authoritarian guidance positively affects doctoral students'academic procrastination.Doctoral students'anxiety plays an intermediary role between the three dimensions of tutor paternalistic guidance and academic procrastination.Furthermore,tutor-graduate exchange relationships and peer relationships negatively moderate the relationship between doctoral students'anxiety and academic procrastination.The research provides guidance for colleges and universities to alleviate doctoral students'anxiety and reduce academic procrastination,offering references to help doctoral students graduate smoothly and comprehensively improve the overall quality of doctoral students'talent training.
