摘 要:随着人工智能技术的快速发展,传统劳动教育模式已不能满足现代社会的需求。高校劳动教育正在经历智能化转型。这一转型过程涉及五大关键向度:从单一技能培训到智能化的综合素质培养、从传统劳动教育内容到融入人工智能技术的劳动实践课程、从教师主导型教育到人工智能辅助的自主学习、从有限的实体教育空间到虚实结合的教育实践平台、从传统评价模式到基于人工智能的精准评价。高校应着力推进劳动教育的智能化转型,构建系统化、智能化、个性化的劳动教育新体系,以适应智能化浪潮的新要求,培养具有创新精神和实践能力的新时代劳动者。Rapid development of artificial intelligence(AI)technology makes traditional models of labor education no longer meet the demands of modern society.Labor education in higher education is currently undergoing an intelligent transformation,encompassing five critical dimensions:shifting from singular skill training to the cultivation of comprehensive qualities through intelligent systems,integrating AI technology into labor practice courses that move beyond traditional content,transitioning from teacher-centered education to autonomous learning facilitated by AI,expanding from limited physical educational spaces to integrated virtual and physical platforms for educational practice,and evolving from conventional assessment models to precision evaluation based on AI.To this end,higher education institutions should focus on propelling the intelligent transformation of labor education and construct a new system that is systematic,intelligent and personalized to adapt to the new requirements of the intelligentization wave and to cultivate new era workers with an innovative spirit and practical capabilities.
