基于CiteSpace和VOSviewer的TREM1研究热点与趋势可视化分析

摘　　要：目的通过文献计量学分析,探讨髓系细胞触发受体-1(TREM1)的发展脉络、研究热点和前沿,为TREM1以后的相关研究提供有价值的信息。方法从Web of Science检索2005—2023年有关TREM1研究的文献。使用Excel 2019收集出版物、研究领域等基本信息。使用VOSviewer 1.6.19进行国家、机构和作者等信息的分析及可视化。使用CiteSpace 6.2.R1对共被引作者、共被引文献、关键词聚类和关键词突现情况进行分析及可视化。结果共检索文献1134篇,其中研究机构1735个,学术期刊503种。与TREM1相关的发文最多的国家和机构分别为中国(327篇)和法国国家健康与医学研究院(41篇)。其中,BOUCHON A的共被引次数最高(494次)。关键词的共现性分析结果提示炎症性肠病、脓毒症休克、阿尔茨海默病等是研究热点。热门关键词提示前沿话题包括生物标记、阿尔茨海默病、神经小胶质细胞、作用机制、脑脊液、氧化应激、通路等。结论TREM1的研究方向包括炎症性肠病、脓毒症休克、阿尔茨海默病、神经小胶质细胞、生物标志物、氧化应激以及不同通路等多个方面。今后,我们需要深入探索其在各类疾病发生和发展中的作用机制。Objective To explore the development,research hotspots,and frontiers of triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells 1(TREM1) through bibliometric analysis,so as to provide valuable information for future TREM1-related studies.Methods Literature on TREM1 research from 2005 to 2023 was searched from Web of Science.Excel 2019 was used to collect basic information about publications,research areas,etc.VOSviewer 1.6.19 was used to analyze and visualize information about countries,institutions,and authors.CiteSpace 6.2.R1 was used to analyze and visualize co-cited authors,co-cited references,keyword clustering and keyword emergence.Results A total of 1 134 articles were retrieved,including 1 735 research institutions and 503 academic journals.The countries and institutions with the most TREM1-related publications were China(327 articles) and Institut National de la Santé et de la Recherche médicale(41 articles).In particular,BOUCHON A had the highest number of co-citations(494).The analysis of co-occurrence of keywords suggested that inflammatory bowel disease,septic shock,and Alzheimer's disease were the research hotspots.Hot keywords suggested cutting-edge topics,including biomarkers,Alzheimer's disease,microglia,mechanisms,cerebrospinal fluid,oxidative stress,and pathways.Conclusions The research directions of TREM1 include inflammatory bowel disease,septic shock,Alzheimer's disease,microglia,biomarkers,oxidative stress,and different pathways.In the future,we need to deeply explore the mechanism of its action in the occurrence and development of various diseases.
