摘  要:消化道肿瘤作为常见的恶性肿瘤,严重危害着人类的健康与安全。在肿瘤的治疗过程中,耐药频发限制了各种治疗手段的临床应用。肿瘤微环境作为肿瘤发生发展的“土壤”,其主要组分肿瘤相关成纤维细胞(CAFs)与耐药有着密不可分的联系。因此,本文以CAFs作为切入点,介绍其在消化道肿瘤发生发展中的重要作用并总结CAFs在消化道肿瘤化疗耐药、免疫治疗耐药、放疗耐药以及靶向治疗耐药等方面的相关研究进展,旨在为消化道肿瘤治疗提供新的思路。As a common malignant tumor,gastrointestinal cancer seriously endangers human health and safety.In the course of tumor treatment,frequent drug resistance limits the clinical application of various therapeutic means.Tumor microenvironment is the “soil” of tumor occurrence and development,and its main component,cancer-associated fibroblasts(CAFs),is closely related to drug resistance.Therefore,this paper takes CAFs as the starting point to introduce its important role in the occurrence and development of gastrointestinal cancer,and summarizes the relevant research progress of CAFs in the aspects of chemotherapy resistance,immunotherapy resistance,radiotherapy resistance and targeted therapy resistance,which aims to provide new ideas for the treatment of gastrointestinal cancer.
