摘　　要：老年肿瘤患者的心血管疾病防控形势严峻,寻找有效的心血管病风险评估方式是使肿瘤患者获益的关键途径.冠脉钙化是心血管病发生的独立预测因素,在老年肿瘤患者的心血管病风险评估与干预中也发挥着重要作用.本文通过对近年来发表的冠脉钙化在老年肿瘤患者心血管病风险评估中的相关临床研究和指南进行评述,以期为老年肿瘤患者早期心血管病防治策略提供参考.Cardiovascular disease prevention and control in older patients with tumors is critical,and finding effective ways to assess cardiovascular disease risk is a key way to benefit patients with tumors.Coronary artery calcification is an independent predictor of cardiovascular disease and plays an important role in cardiovascular disease risk assessment and intervention in older patients with tumors.This article summarizes the relevant clinical studies and guidelines published in recent years on the role of coronary artery calcification in cardiovascular disease risk assessment in older patients with tumors to provide a reference for early cardiovascular disease prevention and treatment strategies in these patients.
