摘  要:针对现有电力用户侧柔性负荷调度方法未对电力需求区间进行划分,存在调度效果不佳的问题,为此提出一种基于信息熵理论的电力用户侧柔性负荷调度方法。基于信息熵划分实数与区间信息熵处理方式,根据不同的约束条件,构建用户侧柔性负荷均衡模型。通过越限评估方法,分析电力系统中用户的实际用电需求,分别以电能损耗和用户损失量为依据,设定电力用户负荷调度指标。应用极限学习机多层传感器,在反馈数据中生成神经元节点和权值向量,建立广义逆算方式,实现电力用户侧的柔性负荷调度,完成电力用户侧柔性负荷调度控制。实验结果表明,以某生产企业中的三组运行设备为测试对象,分别设置“尖峰”和“高峰”以及“平峰”和“低谷”四组电价类型,在基于信息熵理论的电力用户侧柔性负荷调度方法应用下,能够有效完成设备生产任务的用电调度,实现最低生产成本的目标控制。A flexible load scheduling method based on information entropy theory is proposed to address the problem of poor scheduling effectiveness due to the lack of division of power demand intervals in existing power user side flexible load scheduling methods.Based on the information entropy division of real numbers and interval information entropy processing methods,a user side flexible load balancing model is constructed according to different constraint conditions.By using the limit exceeding evaluation method,analyze the actual electricity demand of users in the power system,and set load dispatch indicators for power users based on energy loss and user loss.Applying extreme learning machine multilayer sensors to generate neural nodes and weight vectors in feedback data,establishing a generalized inverse calculation method to achieve flexible load scheduling on the power user side and complete flexible load scheduling control on the power user side.The experimental results show that using three sets of operating equipment in a certain production enterprise as test objects and setting four types of electricity prices,namely"peak"and"highpeak",as well as"flat peak"and"low valley",under the application of flexible load scheduling method based on information entropy theory on the power user side,it can effectively complete the electricity scheduling of equipment production tasks and achieve the goal control of minimum production cost.
