摘 要:为在短距条件下准确测量接地电阻数值,判断造成变电异常行为的主要原因,提出变电站接地网接地电阻短距测量误差补偿技术。建立节点电压方程,并联合计算所得接地电阻的具体阻值,对变电站接地网接地电阻进行分数阶分析。基于分析结果修正电阻测量值,根据电量误差的取值范围,推导误差补偿计算式,完成变电站接地网接地电阻短距测量误差补偿。实验结果表明,经所提技术的补偿处理后,接地电阻测量值与真实电阻之间的误差可被控制在0~50Ω范围内。该技术在短距条件下符合准确测量接地电阻的应用需求,不会造成明显的变电异常行为。To accurately measure the grounding resistance value under short distance conditions and determine the main cause of abnormal substation behavior.Propose error compensation technology for short distance measurement of grounding resistance in substation grounding network.Establish a node voltage equation and jointly calculate the specific resistance value of the grounding resistance,and perform fractional order analysis on the grounding resistance of the substation grounding grid.Based on the analysis results,the resistance measurement value is corrected,and the error compensation calculation formula is derived based on the range of electrical quantity error,completing the error compensation for short distance measurement of grounding resistance in the substation grounding grid.The experimental results show that after compensation processing with the proposed technology,the error between the measured value of the grounding resistance and the actual resistance can be controlled within the range of 0~50Ω.It meets the application requirements of accurately measuring grounding resistance under short distance conditions and will not cause obvious abnormal substation behavior.
