掣制、借重与纳入:明代孔府档案咨文再解读

摘　　要：明代衍圣公所获尊崇远迈前朝,衍圣公府规模亦进一步扩大,在国家行政体系内居于特殊地位。现存明代孔府档案中包含多件嘉靖至崇祯朝公府与中央部院和地方官府间的往来咨文,内容涉及曲阜知县保举、孔庙属官免考等。综合分析咨文文书并结合其他史料,可发现明代衍圣公府在政务关系中的两个显著特点:第一,公府既受中央部院制约,又与其相互倚助;第二,公府有义务配合地方官府处理重大民政事务,呈现出双重属性。由是,明帝国权力系统以衍圣公府为关键节点,在掣制与借重的复杂交织之下完成了对“道统”的纳入。Duke Yansheng in the Ming Dynasty was revered beyond the previous dynasties,and the scale of Duke Yansheng Mansion was further expanded and occupied a special position in the national administrative system.The existing Kong Family Mansion Archives in the Ming Dynasty contain a number of official communications between Duke Yansheng Mansion and the Central Ministry and local departments during the period from the Jiajing Emperor to the Chongzhen Emperor.The content involves the recommendation of County Magistrate of Qufu,the exemption of Confucian temple officials from the examination,and so on.Through a comprehensive analysis of archival documents and other historical materials,we can find two remarkable characteristics of the Duke Yansheng Mansion in the relationship between government and government in the Ming Dynasty:first,the Duke Mansion is not only restricted by the Central Ministry,but also relies on each other;second,the Duke Yansheng Mansion has an obligation to cooperate with local departments to deal with major civil affairs and it presents a dual attribute.Thus,it can be seen that the power system of the Ming Empire taking the Duke Yansheng Mansion as a breakthrough point,under the complex interweaving of constraints and relies,achieved the incorporation of"Confucian orthodoxy".
