摘  要:巷道底鼓是深部巷道中最常见的底板破坏类型,也是制约深部煤炭资源安全高效开采的一大问题,在深部巷道中减少应力和加强支护是控制底板底鼓的有效手段。分析了煤矿大巷的应力环境、变形和破坏特征,发现巷道底板变形较大的内在原因是工作面开采造成的围岩应力环境的不对称现象,以及巷道底板塑性区分布不均匀。底板变形程度与工作面高度有很大关系,研究了消除构建钻孔应力的方法,从而实现了底板底鼓的有效控制。基于巷道应力边界和岩体参数,研究了钻孔角度、长度、直径和行距对挤压底板起伏的控制效果,并给出了合理的钻孔参数阈值,以保证巷道的应力消除效果。采用高强锚杆索提高了底板的支护强度,在传统底板加固基础上,充分考虑了应力调节对底板底鼓的控制作用,提出了卸压-锚固协同控制技术,实现了严重底板变形的协同防治,为深部巷道底板底鼓的控制提供了新的方法,具有良好的应用价值。Roadway floor heave is the most common type of floor failure in deep roadways,and it is also a major problem that restricts the safe and efficient mining of deep coal resources.Reducing stress and strengthening support in deep roadways are effective measures to control floor heave.The stress environment,deformation,and failure characteristics of coal mine roadway were analyzed,and it was found that the internal reason for the large deformation of the roadway floor is the asymmetric stress environment of the surrounding rock caused by mining on the working face,as well as the uneven distribution of plastic zones on the roadway floor.The degree of deformation of the floor is closely related to the height of the working face.A method for eliminating the stress of drilling holes was studied,thus achieving effective control of the floor heave.Based on the stress boundary of the roadway and rock mass parameters,the control effect of drilling angle,length,diameter,and row spacing on the undulation of the squeezed floor was studied,and a reasonable threshold for drilling parameters was given to ensure the stress relief effect of the roadway.The use of high-strength anchor cables improved the support strength of the floor.On the basis of traditional floor reinforcement,the control effect of stress adjustment on the floor heave was fully considered,and a pressure relief anchoring collaborative control technology was proposed to achieve collaborative prevention and control of severe floor deformation.This provides a new method for controlling the floor heave of deep tunnels and has good application value.
